The most common question we receive is requests to view properties.  Without completing the FREE online application AND returning the "paper" application packet you are required to download and complete when submitting, NO APPOINTMENT will be made to view a property.  We do not make exceptions for our process for viewing a property's interior.  You may look at the exterior and we will have interior photos available online when the property is ready to be shown.

If you see something you are interested in, information is a click away!  Our featured rentals will have links to each property with options to see more photos, view it on a map, contact us about the property and apply for the property.  If you feel you still have unanswered questions, please contact us and we will provide you with any additional information you need.  You can also email our principal Broker - Pat M. If you are a current resident or client, this site will serve as an interactive portal for easy access to your account online.  It allows our residents the ability to pay their rent online vs. relying on the USPS to deliver on time.  Residents can also take full advantage of our digital document library stored within your account.  This allows you to get copies of your lease or other documents that have been sent to you (notices) or vice versa.

Regardless of the conveniences of this site, it DOES NOT relieve the resident from complying with certain terms of the lease - especially those regarding how FORMAL NOTICES and Maintenance Requests must be sent via FAX or regular mail.  **Don't misunderstand - there is nothing wrong with following up in an email to us or requesting us to confirm receipt by sending you an email.**

Property owners can check on their properties in between monthly reporting cycles via their portal.  The system offers income, expense and a variety of other reports that allow our owners to find a specific invoice/expense vs. searching through a stack of monthly management statements.  Our owners often create custom expense or income reports per property or in batch to compare seasons or trends.  It is handy to have access to all of your data within a few keystrokes.

**If you happen to see a FOR LEASE sign on a property but do not find it listed on the site, it is likely for one of (2) reasons; 1) the sign just went up and the property is in the process of being made-ready OR 2) the property has been recently leased.  Feel free to contact us via email (pat@cvbroker.com) to double check before beginning the application process.  We work on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
